Inwave Solutions Last Updated: August 4, 2026

Inwave Solutions ("Inwave," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://inwavesolutions.com (the "Site"), submit a form, communicate with us, or use our marketing and lead generation services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on our Site, contact us, or become a client, we may collect: your full name, email address, phone number, company name, service or industry, postal code, and any other information you choose to provide. If you become a client, we may also collect billing information, business details, and access credentials you share with us for campaign management.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general location. We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel) that collect this information to measure Site performance and advertising effectiveness.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, and business partners, and combine it with information we already have.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide the Services; contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, your account, or our Services; deliver, manage, and improve marketing campaigns; process payments and manage client relationships; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; measure and improve advertising performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights, security, and property.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Inwave Solutions regarding your inquiry and our Services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, communications delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

Advertising platforms. We may share limited information (such as hashed identifiers or website activity collected via cookies and pixels) with advertising platforms like Google and Meta to measure and improve ad campaigns.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inwave, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and Tracking Choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization through Google Ad Settings and Meta's ad preferences. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Your Privacy Rights

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; access your personal information; request deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, except that our use of advertising cookies/pixels may be considered "sharing" — you can opt out of these through the cookie controls described in Section 5. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will verify your request using the information associated with your records.

Other jurisdictions. Residents of other states or countries may have similar rights under applicable law. Contact us to exercise any rights available to you, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
